Obituary for Koethe

Claudine Connie Koethe, 73, and a resident of Albuquerque since moving from Casper, Wyoming in 1974, died on June 15, 2003 in Albuquerque. She was a member of the Lutheran Church and Ladies Auxiliary of VFW. Her hobbies included arts and crafts, playing the piano, surfing the web and traveling in the US and Mexico. She also enjoyed stained glass creations, considered herself"a rock hound", was a published poet and a dancer. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be greatly missed by her family. Her husband, Eugene Koethe, preceded her in death in 1984. She is survived by sons, Joseph Wickam of China, Jack Wickam of Durango, CO and Dean Wickam, of Albuquerque, NM; daughters, Kara Lyn Hubert of Albuquerque, NM, Judee Sullivan of Denver, CO and Sally Ranson of Bakersfield, CA; sister, Georgie Maltboy of Yardley, PA; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
