Andy R. Sanchez, beloved husband, father and grandfather died Saturday, July 19, 2003, at the age of 49. Andy loved the outdoors and was an expert bow hunter. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Sanchez; sons, Benjamin Sanchez and wife, Sonya, and Andy J. Sanchez and wife, Melissa; daughter, Veronica Sanchez; sisters, Gloria Santistevan and husband, Ernest, Nellie Garcia, Eileen Aragon and husband, Henry, and Rita Valdez and husband, Daniel; grandchildren, Steven Sanchez, Tiauni Sanchez and Marissa Sanchez; and many nieces and nephews. A Rosary for Andy will be recited on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2003 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Larry Torrez, Mike Pino, Manuel Garcia"Tykie," Rudy Chavez, Leroy Encinias and Kristopher Montano. Honorary pallbearers will be Brian Rich and Dennis Otero.
