Mary G. Marquez Beloved Mother and Grandmother, died Monday, July 28, 2003 at the age of 89. She is survived by three sons, Manuel Marquez and wife, Virginia of Socorro, Harry Marquez and wife, Theresa, and Robert Marquez and wife, Teresa all of Albuquerque; daughter, Ernestine Marquez of Albuquerque; brother, John Garcia and wife, Rosemary of Albuquerque, sister, Margie Romero and husband, Gene of Las Cruces; sister-in-law, Della Benavidez of Albuquerque; 14 grandchildren; and 19 great- grandchildren. Special thanks to Rev. Edmundo Rodriguez S.J., Carol Rivera, Teresa San Jose, Gean Horseherder Sarah Carter and Presbyterian Hospice for their support and kind healthcare given to Mrs. Marquez. A mass will be celebrated Wednesday 10:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Eulogy and readings by Becky Myrin and daughter, Ginny Myrin. Burial will follow at the Mt Calvary Cemetery. Visitations will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Salazar & Sons Mortuary. Pallbearers will be Frank, Rick, Anthony, Chris, Geno, and Anthony Marquez, JR. Honorary Pallbearers will be David and Albert Marquez, Alfredo Griego, Mike Myrin David Lee, and Richard Chavez and Manuel"Ned" Montano. A Rosary will be recited tonight at 7:00 a.m. at the Salazar & Sons Mortuary 400 3rd St SW.
