Leroy Casias, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, was born August 5, 1938 and passed away June 21, 2003. He was preceded in death by his mom and dad, two brothers, and his son Frankie. Leroy is survived by his children, Roberta Martinez and her husband, Robert, Sylvia Hansley and husband, Trent, Steve Casias and wife, Dorothy; five grandchildren and one great - grandchild, Louie Casias and wife, Bessie, Elsie, Raymond and wife, Eva, Albert, Priscilla, Mary and husband, Raymond, and Rudy. Services will be held at St Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2003. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2003 with burial following at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert D. Martinez, Michael Casias, Justin Padilla, George Ramirez, Mark Casias Jr., and Steve Garcia. Honorary Pallbearer will be Ray Gurule. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th ST. NW.
