Donald C. Lucero, 70, a long time resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, May 29, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Mae, his son, Robert and wife, Shannon Lucero, grandchildren, Jolene and Gavin, his daughter, Alice and husband Mark McCrea, grandchildren, Jeffrey and Dawnn, his son, Johnny Lucero, and granddaughter Jennifer, and his daughter, Donna and husband, James Saya, and granddaughter, Rachel. He is preceded in death by his little angel, Kristen, his granddaughter. Donald grew up at St. Anthony's Boy School. He served in the United States Navy for 20 years and retired with honors. Rosary will be recited, Monday, 7:00 p.m. at Sangre de Cristo Catholic Church, 8901 Candelaria Rd NE. Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. at Sangre de Cristo. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
