| James E. Mayer, 51, former resident, died July 30, 2003 in Tucson after a long illness. A Valley High graduate, he worked in construction. He is survived by siblings, Penny Fehringer, Pat Altepeter, Kathy Mayer and Mike Rosetta; and nine nieces and nephews, including Cheryl Fehringer, Albuquerque.
