John Vernon Carlin, passed away August 1, 2003. He was born March 12, 1953 in Biloxi, MS. He was the beloved son of Dolores V. Carlin, brother of Jesse R. Carlin and friend to and of many. Also survived by aunt Barbara Carlin Shahan of Mentor-On-The-Lake, Ohio, uncle James Melton of Longview, TX. He is preceded in death by his father, Maj. John J. Carlin, sister-in-law, Julie Carlin and nephew, Robert Carlin. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date. French Mortuary 1111 University Blvd. NE 843-6333
