Donald Leroy Dutcher, Sr., a resident of Belen, NM was born on May 8, 1941 and passed away after a brief illness on Wednesday, September 3, 2003. Don is preceded in death by his daughter, Shannon Dutcher; sister, Bertha; his two brothers, Kenneth and Herb; mother and father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. O.B. Trujeque; and two sister-in-laws, Patricia and Lorraine. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Bea of the family home; his daughter, Brenda and her husband, Vilis of Los Lunas, NM; his son, Donald of Belen; his brothers, Frank Dutcher of Albuquerque, NM; and Larry Dutcher and his wife, Suzanne of Colorado; his two sisters, Agnes of Albuquerque; Lillian of Las Cruces; and his sevem grandchildren, Blake, Xavier, Vilis, Erin, Adam, Cierra, and Antonio. Don is also survived by two special nieces, Merle and Robin, and many loving nieces and nephews. A public viewing will be held at Romero Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 5, 2003 from 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. Cremation will then take place. Romero Funeral Home 609 N. Main St. Belen 87002.
