 EVANS, WILLIAM J. JR. Bill Evans, of Springfield, IL, was a loving family man, a musician, an economist, an adventurer, photographer, writer/poet, a professor and a two time Fulbright Scholar. Nicknamed "the Chancellor of Affection," his entire family flew into Albuquerque to let him know how much they loved him before he passed away peacefully with family on February 20, 2015. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, March 1, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at FRENCH - University.
