 DURAN, JOHNNY A. Age 57, went to be with the Lord, Monday, February 16, 2015, after a lengthy struggle for life. He was born in Cuba, NM on December 30, 1957 to the late Telesfor and Alicia Duran. Johnny is survived by his loving son, Johnny Jayden "Mister" Duran; his siblings, Theresa, Jerry and wife Marcia, Richard Leroy, Patricia Martinez and husband Steve, Margaret Duran, Joe Duran, Mary Cutshall and husband Jimmy, and David Duran; many nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbors, and friends. Visitation will be held Monday, February 23, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel Daniels Family Funeral Services - Alameda Mortuary, 9420 Fourth St., NW in Albuquerque, where a Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Another Rosary will be Recited Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cuba, NM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. also at the Church. Interment will follow at the Cuba Catholic Cemetery. Casket Bearers will be Clarence Morales, Anselmo Duran, Jeffrey Gurule, Archie Atencio, Robert Casaus and Melvin Gallegos. Honorary Bearers will be Dennis Vargo and David Jaramillo.
