SPINKS, STEPHANIE JOY KIMBROUGH Stephanie Joy Kimbrough Spinks died peacefully in Albuquerque, New Mexico on December 14, 2014 at the age of 76. Stephanie is survived by her son John Gifford Miner; daughter Meredith Margaret Miner; step-daughter Susie Spinks Lechner; sister Laurel Kimbrough Walsh; brother Matthew Roberts Kimbrough; daughter-in-law Nadine Elizabeth Miner; son-in-law Phillip Clark White; grandchildren Corey Justin Miner, Amanda Louise Miner, Ian Phillip Miner, Brian Lechner, and Kate Lechner Knudsen; niece Heather Walsh Brillhart, and niece Jenny Walsh Macke. Stephanie was born on October 21, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan to Margaret Edna and Edwin Price Kimbrough. She graduated from Bloomfield Hills High School and attended the University of New Mexico. The love of her life was her husband, Delphus Spinks, and she spent the majority of her life in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She found her profession as a news editor and was an accomplished artist. She was a generous person who loved helping others and spending time with family and friends. All are welcome to attend a celebration of Stephanie at 1:30pm on January 31, 2015 at The Albuquerque Meadows Clubhouse at 7112 Pan American Freeway NE.
