 FOX, ROGER D. Our beloved Roger, age 60, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, December 14, 2014 after battling brain cancer for several months. He is survived by his parents, Ron and June Fox of Albuquerque; his sister, Rhonda Fox, of Albuquerque, and numerous other family members and friends. Roger had been a music aficionado since the age of two. He enjoyed creative writing first and foremost in his life, especially after graduating from the University of Albuquerque with a BA in English, and had published a book of poetry. His writings have been included in several anthologies and he has won many awards for his poetry. Roger was a member of Christ the Ray of Hope Lutheran Church. His religious beliefs and church attendance were high priorities to him, as was his church family. A Memorial Service and reception will be Saturday, January 10, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at Christ the Ray of Hope Lutheran Church, 7001 San Antonio NE in the Vista Del Norte strip mall, NE corner of San Antonio and Louisiana, with the Reverend Harold Johnson officiating.
