FURRY, ROBERT U. Robert U. Furry, 92, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2014. Robert was born in Madison, Wisconsin on July 16, 1922. He made his home in Albuquerque, NM, after serving in the 8th Air Force. Robert was a longtime business owner and member of the Optimist Club, Model Railroad Club, & Arabian Horse Association. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife, Charlotte C. Furry; parents, Merle and Julia Furry; and brother, William Furry. Robert is survived by his goddaughter, Betty Hoover; his god-children, Monica Pino, Michelle Pino, and Aaron Pino; niece, Carolyn Kirby; nephew, David Furry; and the joys of his life, Devin Preston and Myah Pino. A Rosary will be recited on Friday, January 9, 2015, at 10:30am at Sangre De Cristo Catholic Church. Mass will follow at 11:00am.
