 HANSTAD, VEVA H. Veva H. Hanstad died December 31, 2014. She was born in Las Cruces, NM on January 17, 1958. Veva graduated from Manzano High School in 1976. She went to TVI and received a two-year certificate in accounting. She worked at several jobs and was last employed as a Financial Specialist at the State Fair. She married Ed Filmer in 1977 and they had two daughters: Sabrina (Matt) Kernaghan and Shawn Filmer. They were divorced and she subsequently married Dann Hanstad. Veva is survived by her husband of 27 years, Dann, her daughters and four grandsons: Ethan, Ryan Kernaghan and A.J. and Jaedyn Filmer. She is also survived by her parents Bill and Sally Cleland and two brothers Bill (Kricket) Cleland and Joe (Coleen) Cleland, her brother-in-law, Kevin Barton and many nieces and nephews all of Albuquerque. Veva has been cremated and a memorial will be held at the Chapel at Riverside Funeral Home on January 9, 2015 at 2;00 pm. Please visit the on line guest register at www.riversidefunerals.com.
