RIVERA, ELIAS J. My dear brother, we still cannot comprehend that you are gone. Each day is a new challenge in overcoming our great loss. On your birthday we celebrate who you were and who we are because of you. "Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them.
