 GUTIERREZ, DANIEL A. Daniel A. Gutierrez Esq. passed away on December 11, 2014. He was born on November 20, 1970. He graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1989. He attended New Mexico Highlands University earning a B.A. in Political Science/History in 1994. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico in 1997. He was a member of the New Mexico State Bar Association, where he served as President of the Fourth Judicial District. He is survived by his parents, Acacio and Martha (Armjo); grandparents, Danial and Oralia Gutierrez; loving wife, Stephanie; his daughter Geraldine; brother, Ron Gutierrez; his sister, Frances Gutierrez-Utter, and husband David; nieces and nephews, Dominic, Marissa, Reina, Hailey, and D. J.; godchildren, Tyler and Sarah Tinsley, Samuel and Santiago Trujillo, Kalyssa Fishman; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, colleagues, and dear friends. A Rosary will be recited on Friday, December 19th at 7:00 pm, and a Mass on Saturday, December 20th at 10:00 am at Church of the Ascension, 2150 Raymac Rd. SW, Albuquerque.
