 SANCHEZ, JOSE (JOE) MANUEL Age 75, passed away Nov 18, 2014 after a lengthy illness. He was born on Sept 6, 1939 in Dixon, NM to Estevan and Frances Sanchez. He was raised in Pecos, NM until his military enlistment. He was an avid sportsman, especially enjoying fishing and hunting ventures. He traveled extensively during his career in the US Air Force, until his retirement, at which time he settled in Albuquerque, NM, where he remained until his death. He is survived by daughter Paula Enrietti; granddaughter Stephanie; grandson Devin Enrietti; and his two great-granddaughters Marissa and Jayla. He is also survived by his brother, Steve Sanchez (Dianna); sisters, Alice Tapia (Adam), Louella Mo, Georgia Barrett (Fred), Elaine Otero (Leo), Debora Willford (Kirk); as well as many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and many other relatives. Rosary and Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10AM on Wednesday, Nov 26, 2014 at St Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM. Interment to follow at the Santa Fe, National Cemetery, 501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM. Serving as pallbearers, Fred Barrett, Leo Otero, James Lopez, Stephanie Enrietti, Devon Enrietti, Jason, Olivar, Derek Crnkovich, and Kirk Willford.
