 MINCEY, RUSSELL AVERY Age 25, born March 2, 1989 and passed suddenly on October 16, 2014. Russell was a lifelong resident of Rio Rancho, NM and attended Rio Rancho High School and CNM. He was an employee of ADT Security Systems as an installation technician. He is survived by his parents, Jerone and Pamela Mincey; his brothers, Darius Mincey, Damien Mincey and his significant other, Valerie Tucker, and their two children, Aria and Kalise Mincey. He leaves behind to mourn a host of aunts, uncles, cousins from across the US, the UK, Australia, and Jamaica. Also mourning his loss are his many friends, the local biking community, and the Bloxstarz. A memorial service celebrating Russell's life will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2014, 2:00 p.m., at FRENCH-Westside, with a reception to follow.
