COLE, BARRY G. age 74, was born January 27, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois and passed away August 20, 2014 in Albuquerque, NM. Barry won a football scholarship to UNM and received his Master's degree in Counseling. He taught school for 54 years and was prominent member in the School on Wheels program. He also worked in the football and basketball program for many years in the UNM Athletics' department doing background statistics for the Lobo's. He leaves behind to mourn his passing, his son Brett; his daughter Jana Alvino and husband Joe; his granddaughters Jessica and Kasey Alvino who was the joys of his heart. The family of Barry Cole wishes to express our deepest and heart felt gratitude for the love and prayers expressed during our sorrow. He shall be missed forever.
