HIGGINS, CATHERINE MARIE MUTTO born June 10, 1925 in Gallup, New Mexico. She joined her husband in Heaven on Monday, August 18, 2014. She is survived by her four children Lou, Cathy, Rick and Linda, and their spouses; eleven grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. She had a heart for community service, but most importantly was an amazing mother, and grandmother. Catherine loved New Mexico and was very proud of her heritage. She was dearly loved and will live on in the hearts of all the lives she touched. Friends and family are invited to a viewing on Thursday, August 21, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at FRENCH-University. A Memorial Service will be held at Central United Methodist Church, 201 University Blvd. NE on Friday, August 22, 2014 at 3:30 PM with a reception to follow. Private interment will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
