GARCIA, JOHN B. Age 59, a lifelong resident of New Mexico, passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2014. He is survived by his mother, Ernestine Hall and husband, Tracy; siblings, Tim Garcia and wife, Kim, Carleen Mody and husband, Dwight, and Ron Hall; many nieces and nephews; and two uncles and two aunts. John was preceded in death by his brother, Darryl, and his grandmother, Kathryn Garcia. Mr. Garcia worked with and advocated for the Albuquerque Homeless. He also worked for the City of Albuquerque. Cremation has taken place and a memorial rosary will be recited at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Road SW, on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 7:00 PM. John's family would like to thank the VA Hospital and Staff for their excellent care.
