 ELLIOTT, HOWARD L. Msgt. Howard L. Elliott (retired), 80 years old, quietly passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2014. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Irene Elliott of Albuquerque; children, Deborah Elliott-Shultz of Colorado Springs, CO and husband Lawrence, Daniel Elliott of Rio Rancho and wife Kelly, Rebecca Tarrance of Wichita, KS, Michael Kerr of Wichita, KS and wife Bonnie. He was blessed with grandchildren, Bryan Byard, Shannon Chapman, Kathryn Elliott, Lauryn Elliott, Jayden Elliott and Cara Phillips; great-grandchildren, Ysabella Chapman and Yaiden Chapman. Howard was preceded in death by his father, George Elliott, and his mother, Vivian Brown. Howard served in the Air Force and the United States Postal Service for a total of 52 years. Howard will be known for his love of country, the military and his family. A private service was held Saturday, July 26, 2014, at FRENCH University. Any condolences and cards may be sent to FRENCH.
