 EGGIMANN, RALPH FREDERICK Ralph F. Eggimann, age 78, passed away peacefully at home, July 8, 2014. Born in Dundee, FL to Robert Theodore and Jewel (Holly) Eggimann. At 18 he joined the Air Force and was stationed at Kirkland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he lived for 26 years. In 1980 he moved to Hernando County and then to Marion County in 1984. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force, and was an Electronic Instrumentation Salesman and an Entrepreneur. He is survived by loving wife of 55 years, Laretha (Vickers) Eggimann; son, Terry (Lynne) Eggimann; daughter, Tammy (Duane) Slack; brother, Donald (Candy) Eggimann; two grandchildren, Tyler and Kyle; two step-grandchildren, Derick and Nikki; and a step-great-grandchild, Hank Jr. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM, Friday, July 11, 2014, and 9-10 AM, Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Countryside Funeral Home, 9185 NE Jacksonville Road, Anthony, FL 32617. Funeral will be 10 AM, Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Countryside Funeral Home with Reverend Ted Burrell and Reverend Phil Wade officiating. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
