FORNWALT, MARY L. Our loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother was called home to our heavenly Father on Jun 29, 2014. Born in Decatur, IL to Henry and Eva Novak. She married Ernest Fornwalt in 1942 and lived in Waukegan, IL and then moved to Albuquerque in 1992. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Jaramillo and husband Jerry; son, John Fornwalt; brother, Jess Novak; granddaughters, Cynthia Jaramillo and Felicia Moore; and great-granddaughters Tiffini Bates and Destini Cordova.
