 SANNA, CAROL MAY Carol M. Sanna, age 71, passed away on February 18, 2014 at her home in Rio Rancho. Carol is survived by her brothers Ramon Sanna (Jeanne) and Anthony Sanna (Stephanie). She was preceded in death by her mother, Louise (2002), and her father, Bartel (2006). A resident of Texas, California, Colorado for most of her adult life, she returned to Madison in 2002 to care for her father. In 2006 Carol retired to New Mexico. Carol earned her Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, and began her career by programming scientific experiments for NASA satellites. From there she moved to the nascent world of personal computing to develop operating software for some of the early PC's, eventually becoming part of the burgeoning cellular communication industry with jobs at PacBell and Qwest. In her free time, she enjoyed crossword puzzles, was an avid photographer, and a Gold Life Master bridge player. Carol will be interred with her mother and father at Resurrection Cemetery in Madison, WI at 10:00 am on May 28th, the 72nd anniversary of her birth.
