 ASHNER, PATRICIA Age 69, a resident of Rio Rancho, NM since 1981 passed away Thursday, May 8, 2014 after a long hard battle with cancer. She was born in McKenzie, TN on July 7, 1944 to Prentice and Betty (Bobbit) Sexton. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Georgy, David, Bobby, Jerry. Patricia is survived by her daughter, Renetta Duke and husband, Mike; son, Jason Ashner and wife, Rebecca; grandchildren, Shenna Lizzi and husband, Mike; Zachary Clark, and Jakob Ashner; great-granddaughter, Kennedy Lizzi; sister Betty Leible; numerous nephews and nieces. She had a great love for her family, and made every holiday special. She was an avid gardener, and a great cook. She also had her own cleaning business for many years. She always put others first, and will be deeply missed by all.
