 CHALMERS, DON DON CHALMERS IN MEMORY OF A DEAR FRIEND AND CHAMPION OF NEW MEXICO'S CHILDREN NDI New Mexico extends our most heartfelt condolences to the family of our dear friend and champion, Don Chalmers. Don and his wife Dianne have made invaluable contributions to the welfare of children participating in NDI programs and to the entire communities of both Santa Fe and Albuquerque.
