 WILLARD, BETTY "BOOPY" Age 67, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 6, 2014. She was born in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, on October 15, 1946, to Marcel Cools and Georgina Bowens. She was preceded in death by her parents Marcel and Geogette Cools. Betty is survived by her husband Bill; daughters Jamie Domain (Jeff), Therese Ruddell (Jeremy), Elizabeth Robertson (Aaron); four grandchildren Cole Burke, Tessa Ruddell, and McKenna Robertson; and brother Guido Cools.
