MAES, FRANCISCO "FRANK" Francisco "Frank" Maes, born April 25, 1961, passed away unexpectedly on April 1, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents Benito and Esquipula Maes, father-in-law Rudolfo Archuleta, and brother-in-law Osvaldo "Butch" Garley. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years Karen; daughter Katie and fiance Jonas Falcon-Valenzuela; sons Matthew, Francisco, and Robert; sisters Romualda Garley, Christina and spouse Gene Barnes, Isabel Maes, Roberta and spouse Alfred Pohl; brothers Arthur Maes and spouse Margie, Ronald Maes and spouse Liz; mother-in-law Alice Archuleta; sisters-in-law Katherine and spouse Dan Funk, Debbie and spouse Allen Hicks, Helen and spouse Steve Montoya; brothers-in-law Rudy Archuleta Jr. and spouse Deborah, Jacob Archuleta and spouse Renee; godchildren Alicia Garley, Alex Maes, Lorenzo Maes, Andrea Brown, Daniel Barnes, and Aaron Maes; twenty one nieces and nephews; eighteen great-nieces and great-nephews; and lifetime friends Marty Zamora and Pete Garley. Serving as Pallbearers are Marty Zamora, Pete Garley, Mark Chavez, Lorenzo Maes, Alex Maes, and Andrew Torres. Honorary Pallbearers are Jonas Falcon-Valenzuela, Daniel Barnes, Santiago Pohl, Lorenzo Pohl, Dominic Stanley, and Tranquelino "Sonny" Velasquez. Services will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Willard, NM on Saturday, April 5th, Rosary at 10:00am followed by the Mass of the Resurrection at 11:00am officiated by the Reverend Anthony Maes. Burial at El Rosario Cemetery.
