 RONTZ, DIETRICH Age 90, a resident at Brookdale Valencia, former resident of Manzano Del Sol and a long-time resident of Four Hills, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2014. He was born in Germany, was a veteran of WWII, German Army. He arrived in the USA in December 1948 as a student and became a US citizen in 1962. Dietrich married Janet in 1960 and she preceded him in death in 2010. Dietrich is preceded in death by brother Arnold Rontz and nephew Andreas Rontz, other of Germany; and friends David and Angie Fender, Janet Sauter, Greg Schorr and Helene Minot and Tania Minot. He was employed by General Dynamics Electric Boat, submarine Builder, Groton, Connecticut; Siemens Medical Systems, Inc., Iselin, NJ. Memorial Service will be Friday, April 4, 2014, 2:00 p.m. at Manzano del Sol Good Samaritan Village Chapel, 5201 Roma Ave. NE.
