DONART, JAMES R. "JIM" Age 71, of Albuquerque, went to be with the Lord Sunday, March 16, 2014. Jim was born in Lima, OH to Wilfred and Doris Donart. He was a graduate of Bowling Green State University. Jim entered the US Air Force, where he honorably served for 21 years. After retirement, he taught science for more than 20 years in the Rio Rancho Public Schools. Jim was a long-time member of Sagebrush Community Church where he served in multiple ministries. His greatest joys in life were God and family. He is survived by Marilyn, his beloved wife of 46 years; children, Genny Donart, Elizabeth Garciasalas and husband, Freddy, and Nathan Donart; grandchildren, Anna and husband, Jaime, Alex, Alyssa, Sydney, Riley and Megan; siblings, Mike and wife, Barb, Rose and Don and wife, Anne. A memorial service with full military honors will be held Saturday, March 22, 2014, 9:30 a.m., at Sagebrush Community Church, Riverside Campus, 6440 Coors Blvd. NW. Interment of Cremated Remains will be at Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date.
