 SANCHEZ, BERNAL Went to live with the Lord on February 10th at the age of 90. He was a life time resident of Albuquerque. Bernal proudly served his country in World War II, serving two terms in the U.S. Army. He returned home with the love of his life, Christa. Bernal was preceded in death by his wife Christa and his second son Stephen. He is survived by his four children, Orlando, Aenni, Michael and wife Brenda, and Daniel; nine grandchildren, John, Andrew, Christopher, Matthew, Bethany, Hannah, Ryan, Alexandra and Sascha; five great-grandchildren, David, Ellie, Sam, Annaleigh, and Owen. Visitation will be Sunday, February 16, 2014 in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 1:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. Committal Service will be Monday, February 17, 2014 at 11:15 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
