Obituary for LOZOYA

LOZOYA, ARTURO A. JR. Age 67, of Albuquerque, was born to Arturo and Genoveva Lozoya in Chihuahua, Mexico on September 17, 1946. He was an exceptional man, who was extremely loving, selfless, humble and above all devoted to his family. He is survived by his wife, Lucy (Maria) Lozoya; children Phillip Saavedra, Valerie Cotton and husband, Terry, Stephanie Lozoya, LaToya Lozoya, and Arturo Lozoya III; mother, Genoveva Lozoya; five sisters, Yolanda Parga, Silvia Nava, Luz Esther Galindo, Bertha Lozoya-Archibeque, and Vicky Lozoya- Dow; brother, Oscar Lozoya; six grandchildren; and many nephews, nieces and loving friends. Serving as pall bearers will be Steven Valencia, Oscar Lozoya, Terry Cotton, Frank Archibeque, Mark Chavez, Alfred Dow, Oscar Lozoya II and Brian Hrabina. Rosary will be recited Thursday, January 23, at 7:00 p.m. with visitation starting at 5:00 p.m. at Riverside Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo NE. Mass will be celebrated Friday, January 24, 2014, 10:00 a.m. with final viewing at 9:00 a.m., St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 820 Broadway Blvd SE with burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
