 RAMIREZ, JOEL "TITO" Passed into peace from this earth on December 24, 2013, after a long-fought illness. Joel is survived by his wife of 67 years, Carmen (Varela); 3 children, Robert Joel (Joan), Eugene (Sequoia) and JoAnne Mathews; five grandchildren, Nicholas, Noelan, Brian, Eric and Celina; six great-grandchildren. He is survived by his only living brother, Fortunato Ramirez, 93 years old as well as many nieces and nephews.A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 am followed by a Mass at 10:30 am on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Our Lady of Annunciation Catholic Church, 2621 Vermont NE, Albuquerque, NM.
