KELLEY-DUGGAN, HELEN Age 81, went home to the Lord on 12/17/13. She is survived by Don Duggan (her husband); her son, Bill Richardson (Angela); daughter, Claylynn Talbot (Loyd); sisters Ruth Thieme, Judy Gion; her brother, Mike Byrnes; granddaughter Martilynn; grandsons Clint & Travis; great-granddaughters Randilynn & Beau; & her great-grandsons Cory & Garrett. Private service will take place.
