CHAVEZ, EDWINA R. Edwina R. Chavez, passed away on Monday, December 02, 2013. Edwina is survived by her daughter Darlene L Chavez; granddaughter Alyssa Chanel Martinez; grandson Andre' Ashton Martinez; her godson David Baca; grandpuppy Lexy Louise Martinez; her brothers Simon Tafoya, Kenneth Tafoya, Anthony Tafoya and sister Mary L Silva. She was preceded in death by brother David Tafoya. Edwina will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A memorial service will be Sunday, December 8, 2013 at 3:00 pm at Garcia Chapel of Angels.
