 GARCIA, RALPH EDWARD Ralph Edward "Eddie" Garcia, beloved son of Yolanda Garcia, passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 in Carlsbad, NM, where he was working as an attorney for the Public Defender's Office. Born and raised in Southern California, Eddie enjoyed playing soccer and baseball as a young man and was an avid New York Yankees fan. He attended Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA, where he graduated with a B.A. in Native American Studies. Eddie then moved to Albuquerque to study at the University Of New Mexico School Of Law. Eddie was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Garcia; his brother, Anthony Garcia, and his grandmother, Josephine Martinez. Memorial Services will be held at Aquinas Newman Center, 1815 Las Lomas Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM on Saturday, December 7, 2013, at 1:00 pm. During his career, Eddie enjoyed working with children with special needs.
