MARINO, MELITO (MEL) age 82, passed away at home peacefully on Friday, November 22, 2013. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who will be dearly missed. Melito served in the military in 1952-53, he worked for the United States Postal Service for 32 years as our neighborhood mailman, and enjoyed retirement for 27 years. He was an involved member of Queen of Heaven parish serving as an usher. Melito enjoyed bowling, football, playing cards, the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and driving on the highway when going on vacations. He lived life to the fullest and had a wonderful sense of humor which he shared with all of his family. Melito is survived by his wife Nina, his children Joe, Richard (wife Pam) Gale (husband, Mike), his grandchildren Nadia (husband, Anthony), Joshlyn, Lawrence, Renee, his great- grandchildren, Tristan and Benjamin, and sisters Teresa Gallegos (husband Eddie) and Georgia Baca.
