CHAVEZ, CINDEE (RUBI) Cindee (Rubi) Chavez passed away on October 23, 2013. She is survived by her mother: Frances Rubi; sons: Thomas Rubi and Max Chavez; daughters: Alycia Chavez and Mercedez Chavez; and sisters: Nicole King (Kale) and Victoria Rubi.
