ORTEGA, CAROLYN, SISTER Sister Carolyn Ortega passed away March 18, 2013. Born on July 4, 1918 in Pastura, NM to Alberto Cristobal Ortega and Maria Carolina Clancey. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Albert, Victor and Howard Ortega; and one sister, Mary Isabel Snyder. She is survived by nieces and nephews in the States and in South Africa and by the Victory Noll sisters with whom she shared life, community and faith for 65 years. Mass will be celebrated on August 23rd at 12:15 pm at Immaculate Conception Church in Albuquerque. A memorial service and blessing of the headstone will be held at St. Helen's Church in Pastura on August 24th at 10:30 am. Please contact the family at 505-934-3022 for information.
