 FLETCHER, FRANCES Age 92, was called home by our Heavenly Father on July 19, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Reginald Knight and Mable Jane Knight, husband Charles A.L. Fletcher, three brothers, Worth, Henry, and Edward Knight, two sisters, Janie Lloyd and Alice Wilkerson and most recently by granddaughter Lisa Laswell. She is survived by her daughter Betty Jennings (Boyd) in Albuquerque and son John Fletcher (Beverly) in Sun City, AZ.; granddaughter Lori Buckner (Robert) and their daughters, Erika and Kimberly of Albuquerque; grandson C.W. Laswell (Janet) their children Chesco, Ryan, Alexandria and Hannity (Ripon, CA); grandson Ian Fletcher (Clarissa) and their daughters Allison and Riley (Silverdale, WA); granddaughter Megan Garard (Eric) and their son Huner, Altamonte Springs, FL; deceased granddaughter Lisa Laswell's children Trent Laswell and Brandy Bennett (Albuquerque); one sister Harriett Cline (Arthur) of (NY) and several beloved nieces and nephews. Frances was a long time member of First Presbyterian Church in Albuquerque. She was a member and served as President of both Order of the Beauceant and Masonic Widows Club as well as being a member of Daughters of the Nile. She was a devoted mother and wife, and an excellent seamstress, artist and gardener. She was a sweet, loving and selfless person and had a passion for serving others, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. After living in Albuquerque for 65 years she moved to Sun City, AZ in 2010, where her son and daughter-in-law live. She enjoyed living at Wooddale Village, a retirement community. She soon transferred her membership to Faith Presbyterian Church in Sun City. Cremation has taken place (Sunland Memorial Park/Mortuary) in Sun City, AZ. A memorial service is planned at Faith Presbyterian Church next month. Her ashes will be interred at the church's beautiful Prayer Garden. We will miss you and your laughter and remember your beautiful smile.
