PROFITT, KIRK LANCE "CHOPO" Kirk passed away the week of July 9, 2013. Kirk was born in Phoenix, AZ, on August 13, 1962. He was a dispatcher for the Albuquerque Police Department for 16 years. He previously had fought wild fires for the forest service and served in the US Navy. He was preceded in death by his father Roy Milburn Profit, mother Amelia Angelita Chalakee, and sister Nancy Elizabeth Profitt. He is survived by stepfather Billy Webster Chalakee; siblings Roy Milburn Profitt, Jodi Lynn Profitt, Mollie Angela Profitt, Jeffrey Todd Truelove Chalakee, Billy Webster Chalakee, and Anton Alejandro Profitt. Kirk is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be missed by all. Kirk will live on in our hearts. A memorial service will be held for Kirk at Riverside Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo NE, Albuquerque NM on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 6:00 PM.
