ROMERO, MARIAN died on June 14, 2013 at the age of 84. Born in San Marcial, NM. She was preceded in death by her husband Fred Romero; parents Patricio and Erlinda Gonzales; her grandson Patrick Romero; sister Ramona (Rudy) Nolasco. She is survived by her daughter Roseann Ortiz (Fred); Fr. Juan Mendez; granddaughters Danika Tanner (Austin), Trisha Nogales (Daniel); and great-granddaughter Kendall. A Rosary will be prayed at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church (Corner of Alameda Blvd. and 4th Street) on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Nativity on Tuesday, June 25, 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at a later date at National Cemetery in Santa Fe.
