HANSEN, ETHEL MAY January 14, 1923 - April 18, 2013 Born Ethel May Sloter in Kossuth County, Iowa, to Anna G. Jonhson and William Sloter, she died on April 18th at the age of 90. She moved to Albuquerque, NM, with her husband, Eugene L. Hansen, in 1949 and together they raised seven children. Ethel will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed music and dancing; she was a homemaker and devoted her life to her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene, and her daughter, Mary Belinda Hansen. Ethel is survived by her daughters, Rebecca K. Hansen, Christine M. Shoesmith and Laurel J. Taylor; sons, Gregory F. Hansen, Mark J. Hansen and Michael E. Hansen; grandsons, Matthew T. Rosandich and Elihu R. Blackmon; granddaughters, Sara E. Hansen, Victoria E. Shoesmith, Chanel M. Blackmon and Mychal S. Taylor; great-granddaughter,Hannah Rosandich.
