JAGGERS, ROGER C. JR. "ROB" Rob passed away February 9, 2013 in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he is survived by his beloved kindred spirit, Linda Hill, and her children, Coby, Lindsey, and Jay Wikselaar. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on December 11, 1953 and is there survived by his mother, Darlene Schroeder; brother, Dean and his wife, Luann; nephews, Ben and Daniel; and countless friends. Rob discovered his love for the Western U.S. in his young adulthood, working, traveling, and acquiring many life-long friendships. In the late 1980's, Rob returned to Murray, Kentucky to complete his Bachelor's degree at Murray State University. After graduation, he spent many years working for the Bureau of Land Management, most recently in Santa Fe, NM as the Lead Recreation Planner for the State of New Mexico. Rob valued most his friendships, the outdoors, civility and hard work. He was kind, generous, independent, free-spirited and gracious and for these, among many other attributes, will be missed by many. A celebration of Rob's life will be held Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming.
