 TURRIETTA, ORACIO "SANA" Age 73, passed away and went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, January 18, 2013. He was born in Magdalena, NM on July 28, 1939. Oracio worked for the City of Albuquerque Solid Waste Department and was retired after 25 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife of 23 years Mary Ann Carrion-Turrieta, parents Florencio and Veronica Turrietta, son John Turrietta and brother Daniel "Tacho" Turrietta. Oracio is survived by his children Richard Carrion Sr. and wife Rosina, Danny Carrion, Lisa Trujillo, Florienda Turrietta and Oracio Turrietta Jr.; siblings Jamie Turrietta, Joe Raymond Turrietta, Sylvia Gamez and Linda Turrietta and ; 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with a memorial service to follow at 10:00 a.m. Burial will take at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Richard Carrion Jr., Gilbert Maestas, Paul Martinez, Orlando Benavidez Jr., Josh Lucero and Mike Aragon. Honorary pallbearers will be Joshua Torrez, Chris Aragon and Luis Jamies.
