 WILLIAMS, ANNE TONDRE 1926-2013 Age 86, passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2013, at her home in Los Lunas, the community of her birth on February 23, 1926. Anne was an English teacher in Belen and Los Lunas and served on the UNM Valencia Campus Advisory Board. She was admired and will be remembered by many for her contribution to education and her avid interest in and life-long service to her community. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph F. Tondre, born in Isleta and Ruth Powers Tondre, born in Las Vegas, NM. Anne is survived by her devoted husband of 65 years, James Williams; sons, Tony and wife, Stephanie, Chris and Pete; daughter, Meta Rosen and husband, Bob; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and siblings, Joseph Tondre, Patricia Peterson, Ruth Broussard and Katy Lang.
