STUMP, JAMES EDWARD SR. In Loving Memory Of He was born on February 25, 1932 and passed away on November 18, 2012. He is survived by most loving son James Edward Stump Jr; most helpful grandsons Arthur Encinas and Robert Chavez; brother Millard; sister Esther; other children James M., Cindy, Debbie, Gina and Jean; several nieces and nephews; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. Mr. Stump was an ex-police officer with APD for 18 years. He will be truly missed! And will always remain in our hearts.
