 THORNE, LINDA L. Born May 16, 1942 in Missouri and raised in the Springfield area. Linda lived in several locations with a majority of the time spent in Piedmont, OK when raising her two daughters, then later in Sacramento, CA while working for the Farm Credit Administration. She moved to Albuquerque, NM after retiring to be nearer her daughters. Linda passed in her sleep on October 4, 2012 and is survived by her daughters: Cheral Smith and Karen Hambleton. She was preceded in death by her first husband Even L. Emery in 1977; her second husband Earl Duane Thorne in 2006; her sister Patricia Davidson in 2010. Linda was an active member of the Mountain Side Church of Christ in Albuquerque enjoying activities with the church such as quilting and book clubs. Per Linda's wishes, there will be no services held for her.
