 VALDEZ, BERNARDINO "BERNIE" 1929-2012 age 83, a resident of Belen for 20 years, and a resident of Albuquerque since 1952 prior to moving to Belen in 1990, passed away Saturday, October 6. He was a retiree of Duke City Lumber. Bernie is survived by his wife of 30 years, Irene Ann Valdez; 19 children; 44 grandchildren; 57 great- grandchildren; five brothers; three sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
